Elvis 2027 Team - Terms and Conditions
Payment and Registration:
- Full Payment Requirement: Participation in the Elvis 2027 team is contingent upon the receipt and confirmation of full payment.
- No Refunds After December 1st: Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for any reason after December 1st, regardless of your child's participation status.
Media and Privacy:
- Photography and Video Consent: By participating in Elvis 2027, you grant Parkes Dance Co (PDC) permission to capture photographs and videos of your child during team activities and performances. These media may be utilised for promotional and social media purposes related to PDC and the Elvis 2027 team. We prioritise your child's safety and privacy, ensuring that any shared content is handled with sensitivity and respect.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgment:
- Assumption of Risk: Enrolling your child in the Elvis 2027 team acknowledges the inherent risks associated with dance activities, rehearsals, and performances. As a parent or guardian, you assume full responsibility for any potential risks.
Conduct and Attendance:
- Code of Conduct: All Elvis 2027 team members must adhere to a code of conduct promoting respectful and responsible behavior towards instructors, fellow participants, and the facilities used for rehearsals and performances. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in the participant's removal from the team.
- Attendance Requirement: You agree to ensure your child attends all rehearsals and performances as scheduled. Regular attendance is vital to the success of the team and the overall experience.
